Laser-Control cards from HALaser Systems

E1701D is an XY2/100 and XY3/100 digital scanner control board that can be extended by the options described below and offers the following functions:
- 16 bit XY2-100 interface to the scan head with X, Y and Z channel
- 18 bit XY2-100-E interface to the scan head with X and Y channel
- 20 bit XY3-100 (certified LIA202002 standard) interface with X and Y channel
- 100 Mbit Ethernet connection
- USB 2.0 connection
- Processing of Laser and scanner signals in real time
- Can control almost any Lasertype
- Open source compatibility library that emulates an existing programming interface
- Very small size of about 87 mm x 55 mm
- Hardware/firmware made in Germany
The LP8 expansion board requires the E1701D base board described above and provides additional signals to control Lasern and external devices. It offers the following features and functions:
- LP8 8-bit CMOS level parallel digital output e.g. to control Laserpower
- LP8 latch CMOS level digital output for use with Raycus™ and compatible fiberlasertypes
- Master oscillator CMOS level digital output for use with Raycus™ and compatible Lasertypes
- 8 bit 0..5V analog output e.g. for controlling the Laserpower
- Two Laser-CMOS level digital outputs for use with YAG, CO2 and compatible Lasertypes (outputs can provide PWM frequency, Q-switch, FPK pulse, steady state frequency, stand-by frequency) operating at frequencies up to 20 MHz
E1803D is fully compatible with an E1701D XY2-100/XY3-100 Laserscanner control board with LP8 extension and Digi I/O extension as well as additional:
- two analog 0 to 10 V outputs
- one serial RS232/RS485 interface
- better performance
- Power supply of the scan head via the controller
- XY2-200 and XY2-200E digital output
- Everything combined in one compact card
- cost-effective scanner card that can be used with all XY2-100, XY2-200, XY2-100E, XY2-200E and XY3-100 compatible scan heads.
- 8 digital outputs that provide either CMOS logic levels or electrically isolated outputs via an external power supply to control 4 motors via step and direction signals
- 8 freely usable digital inputs that expect either CMOS logic levels or electrically isolated inputs via an external power supply for use with limit/reference switches or encoder inputs
- Two decoders for evaluating the axis position
